Reformer Jumpboard

Level: Intermediate/ Advanced

Join this dynamic class to take your Pilates practice to the next level. Build your coordination, endurance and cardiovascular health, all while staying true to Pilates' foundational principles. This class is designed for experienced clients who are ready to challenge themselves and push beyond their limits. You'll leave feeling invigorated, empowered and even stronger than before.

Core Principles*

Level: Beginner, All levels

This class allows you to disconnect from the world and connect with yourself at a slower pace. Emphasising the foundational principles of breath and core engagement it will help you build strength and feel revitalised. Whether you're just starting or joining as part of post rehabilitation, this class will leave you feeling re-energised and relaxed.

Align Balance*

Level: Beginner, All Levels

Are you tired of feeling slouchy and unbalanced? If you want to build strength while improving your posture and balance, this slow to moderate paced class is for you.
Let's face it: we all spend too much time sitting, leading to tightness and poor posture. After this class, you'll leave feeling re-energised but challenged! This class is perfect for anyone with osteoporosis or other bone density-related challenges.

Barre Reformed

Level: Beginner/ Intermediate, All Levels

In this class, you'll find a perfect blend of Barre Principles and Reformer to enhance your resistance and coordination abilities. With traditional Barre elements infused with the graceful components of ballet and dance, you'll move to a rhythmic beat that keeps you on track. Regardless of your skill levels, you'll get to use various equipment such as light weights, resistance bands, the Pilates ball or magic circle, and the Reformer. Leave feeling poised, challenged, and with a pep in your step.

Full Body Reformer/Tower*

Level: Intermediate/ Advanced

Welcome to this invigorating class designed for those who have already experienced Reformer classes in the studio and are ready to take their practice to the next level by incorporating increased coordination and flexibility challenges. This class is perfect for clients who possess good body and Reformer awareness and are eager to engage fully in their practice. Get ready to leave feeling empowered, energised, and stronger.

Prenatal Reformer

Level: All Levels

Join this class customised for soon-to-be mothers, emphasising building strength and enhancing flexibility to alleviate the extra weight on your lower back while preparing you for the upcoming maternal responsibilities. Suitable for those in their 2nd trimester and beyond (12+ weeks). Walk out feeling empowered and stimulated in the most positive way possible to maintain your fitness during pregnancy.

Post Natal Reformer

Level: All Levels

This class is perfect for new mums who want to regain strength and vitality after pregnancy. It provides a safe and thoughtful way to ease back into exercising, taking into account your postnatal journey. You can bring your infant to class; no prior experience with Reformer Pilates is required. By the end of the session, you'll feel more accomplished, empowered, and in tune with your body.
