Charlotte’s journey into health and fitness began over a decade ago during her BA in Dance Performance in London, where she studied anatomy, physiology, postural assessments, and even discovered mat Pilates as a supplement to her dance training. In 2018, she became a Level 3 Personal Trainer and, a year later, qualified in Reformer Pilates a practice that transformed her core strength and overall stability.
Passionate about holistic health, Charlotte also trained as a disordered eating and body image specialist through Sport and Exercise Nutritional Therapy and the National Centre for Eating Disorders. She emphasises a strong mind-to-body connection in her classes, using mindful language and breath work to create sessions that leave you both challenged and mentally refreshed.
Having worked with professional athletes and para-lympians to beginners and pre/postnatal clients, Charlotte is dedicated to pushing individuals to discover their inner strength and leave each class feeling accomplished, energised, and joyful.
Jo has been passionate about holistic well-being from a young age, starting her career as an Aromatherapist and working alongside Ayurvedic Consultants in London. She later specialised in Rehabilitation Massage, including Thai Massage, Myofascial Release, and Sports Therapy, running her own clinic in Nottingham before shifting focus to family life.
Originally practising Reformer Pilates as a hobby, Jo quickly fell in love with its benefits and made the leap into teaching full-time. She is now furthering her expertise by completing her Level 4 in Mat Pilates, specialising in sports, older adults, and orthopedic conditions.
As a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, Ally has long used Mat Pilates in the treatment of her patients. She went on to find a love for Reformer Pilates in 2019, loving how it challenged her physically and encouraged her to be more mindful and aware of her body. After several years of attending classes herself, she went on to train as a certified instructor, and now teaches alongside her NHS role.
She has a real passion for Women’s Health, so in her classes you’ll be sure to work your core and pelvic floor!
